What is a typical dose?

• 5-MeO-DMT threshold dosages range from 1 to 5 mg of synthetic or pure extracts. A meaningful “moderate” dosage can be somewhere between 6 and 12 mg. Higher dosages vary between 13 and 20 mg. 5meo

  Bufo extract requires a greater dose because it only contains 15% or so of the recommended amount of 5.
  A dosage of 60 to 100 mg of bufo extract is regarded as a moderate to strong dose. Be aware that bufo extract also includes a variety of additional unidentified and unstudied organic alkaloids, including up to 80% of the organic compound bufotenine (5-HO-DMT).
  5-MeO-DMT has cumulative effects. You can take immediate follow-up doses by taking in 2/3 of the previous dose up until the “full release” effect is felt to its fullest. Rarely is more than one “full release” dosage necessary or preferred.
